QC Assistant Officer
Job Summary
The Project & Quality Assistant provides administrative, operational, and hands-on support to the Project Analyst and Quality Department in carrying out projects, quality activities, documentation, and day-to-day departmental tasks. The role involves assisting with project coordination, data collection, documentation, quality checks, and general work as required.
Responsibilities

Job Details
Project Support
- Assist the Project Analyst in coordinating and following up on project activities and timelines.
- Collect, organize, and update project data, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, meeting materials, and progress updates.
- Follow up with relevant departments on outstanding project actions and requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking of project-related documents and records.
Quality Support
- Assist the Quality Department with routine quality inspections, checks, and documentation.
- Support the collection and recording of quality-related data and information.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining quality reports, checklists, forms, and records.
- Support investigations and follow-up activities related to quality issues when required.
- Assist with basic sampling, measurements, labelling, or other quality-related activities as instructed.
- Ensure quality documentation is properly maintained and readily available for reference or audit purposes.
General / Operational Support
- Assist with general departmental tasks, including preparation of materials, samples, documents, and equipment.
- Perform basic hands-on tasks and other general work as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of the work area.
- Support stock checking, material handling, labelling, and movement of items when required.
- Assist other departments or teams with operational tasks when necessary.
