Job Summary
Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet is seeking a Management Trainee in Johor to assist in daily store operations and team management. The successful candidate will gain hands-on retail management experience and work towards leadership opportunities. Fresh graduates with a relevant diploma or degree are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily outlet operations and store activities
- Support Branch Manager in staff supervision and performance
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain customer service standards
- Gain hands-on experience in retail management
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Retail or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Able to work in retail environment, shifts, and 6 days a week
Job Details
Store Operations:
- Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensure smooth store activities.
Team & Staff Management:
- Support the Branch Manager in supervising staff, attendance, performance and daily tasks.
Sales & Customer Service:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
Management Development:
- Gain hands-on experience in different areas of retail management and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Retail or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
