Production Engineer

Assist with daily production operations and tasks Identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, implementing solutions to streamline operations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print quality, packaging or production processes Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Monitor the performance of key equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Create training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids to facilitate the training process Identify potential safety hazards, implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team Company Benefits For Outstation staff - accommodation provided Requirements Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in the field of process engineering or a related discipline Familiarity with printing technologies and packaging processes will be an added advantage Proven experience in process optimization, quality control, and equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
