Job Details

Role Overview: In this role, you won't be writing long blog posts or marketing ads. Instead, you will help us design, structure, and improve the interactive messaging flows that our users interact with every day. If you have a sharp eye for English grammar, understand how local users naturally message in Malay, and enjoy looking at data to solve problems, this role is for you! What You Will Do: - Craft Clear Responses: Write short, natural, and helpful replies that make complex information easy for users to understand. - Optimize Conversation Flows: Look at user chat logs and feedback to see where people get confused, and logically rewrite the conversation paths to fix it. - Maintain Accuracy: Regularly update and check our information database to ensure the system always gives 100% correct answers. - Analyze Local Inputs: Read through user messages (which often contain informal Malay or slang) to understand what they need and how to respond accurately. What You Will Learn: - How digital communication and conversation design work behind the scenes. - How to use data and user feedback to improve written content. - How to balance creativity with logic in a fast-growing tech environment. Requirements: - Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field. - Language Skills: Excellent command of written English (with a deep appreciation for tone and tiny details). Strong comprehension of conversational/informal Malay (to understand how local students actually text). - An Analytical Mind: You don't just love writing; you like logic. You are comfortable looking at spreadsheets or user data to spot patterns and fix broken processes. - Meticulous: High attention to detail—you hate typos and love factual accuracy.
