About the Role E-Tronas is seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Supervisor Cum Product Technician to lead our electric motorcycle manufacturing operations and production team. The Factory Supervisor Cum Product Technician will be responsible for supervising daily factory operations and production manpower, ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved, while also providing technical support for electric motorcycle assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting. We are looking for a practical and responsible individual with strong factory operations, production supervision, and technical skills, who is comfortable working directly with electric motorcycles and production teams. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining smooth factory operations, product quality, and production efficiency as E-Tronas continues to expand in the EV industry. 🏭 Factory: Puncak Alam 🏢 Operations Office: Desa Park City KL 🏬 Branch Locations: Penang / Johor Bahru / Kota Bharu Location Options Based On Positions. 👉 Responsibilities - Supervise daily factory operations, production activities, and assembly processes. - Lead and manage production workers to achieve daily production targets and operational KPIs. - Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, workflow, and overall production efficiency. - Perform and supervise electric motorcycle assembly, product inspection, testing, and technical checks. - Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, wiring, battery, controller, and other product-related issues. - Conduct product testing and quality inspections before products are released or delivered. - Ensure production processes comply with company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards. - Monitor product defects, technical issues, and recurring production problems, and implement appropriate corrective actions. - Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, QC, Engineering, and Management to ensure smooth production and timely availability of materials and components. - Monitor raw materials, components, tools, and production resources to prevent shortages or production delays. - Provide technical guidance and support to production workers when assembly or product issues arise. - Maintain proper records of production output, product defects, technical issues, repairs, and inspection results. - Prepare production and technical reports and provide updates to Management. - Utilize ERP, CRM, and production management systems to monitor production, inventory, and operational performance. - Identify opportunities to improve production processes, product quality, workplace safety, and operational efficiency. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe factory working environment. - Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time. Requirements 👉 Factory Supervisor Cum Product Technician Requirements - Age: 20 – 30 years old - Gender: Female & Male - Education Level: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in factory, manufacturing, automotive, electrical, electronics, or production operations, preferably with supervisory or team-leading experience. - Technical Experience: Hands-on experience in product assembly, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, or technical support is highly preferred. - Speciality: Factory Operations / Production Supervision / Product Assembly / Technical Troubleshooting / Quality Inspection / Manufacturing Process / Inventory Control / SOP Implementation. - Good understanding of production processes, product assembly, technical inspection, quality control, workplace safety, and factory operations. - Able to supervise production workers, allocate manpower, monitor workflow, and ensure daily production targets are achieved. - Able to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, particularly involving electric motorcycles, batteries, wiring, controllers, motors, and related components. - Able to conduct product testing, inspection, and basic technical diagnosis to identify product defects or production issues. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using ERP, CRM, or production management systems. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Responsible, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced factory environment. - Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Warehouse, QC, Purchasing, Engineering, and Management. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written). - Experience in the automotive, electric vehicle (EV), electric motorcycle, electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
