Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and handle general enquiries.
- Manage documentation, paperwork, and marketing-related administrative tasks.
- Participate in events, roadshows, and promotional activities to increase app awareness.
- Meet clients, conduct presentations, and promote the company’s application.
- Assist users with app downloads and provide guidance when needed.
- Perform cold calling and email outreach to potential clients.
- Represent the company professionally during appointments and meetings.
- Understand and meet customer requirements effectively.
- Develop new customer base and generate leads from targeted markets.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of working experience will have an added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other languages.
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive working attitude.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Klang Valley /Outstation.
