Job Summary
As an Outlet Development Executive, you will manage the end-to-end setup and launch of new outlets. This role involves coordinating construction, equipment procurement, and operational training to ensure seamless transitions. You will act as a key liaison between operational standards and site execution to guarantee brand consistency.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead new outlet setup including equipment coordination, layout planning, and timeline execution.
- Train new outlet teams on SOPs, product quality control, and service standards.
- Ensure smooth outlet opening from soft launch to full operations.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work with procurement for equipment and supplier management.
- Troubleshoot new outlet issues post-opening.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
- No experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
- F&B experience (ground or back-end) is an advantage.
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Own transport required.
