Network Engineer Intern
Job Summary
The Network Engineer Intern will assist in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls. The role involves supporting project implementation, pre-sales technical documentation, and network infrastructure maintenance. Interns will work under the guidance of senior engineers to gain hands-on experience in routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies.

Job Details
Network Support & Technical Assistance
- Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support network infrastructure maintenance including LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
- Assist senior engineers in project implementation and deployment activities.
- Help monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
Project & Pre-Sales Support
- Support preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Assist in network solution design and project coordination.
- Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and technical briefings when required.
Troubleshooting & Documentation
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, diagrams, and project documentation.
- Support asset tracking and configuration record updates.
Learning & Development
- Gain exposure to enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Stay updated with networking technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in training and mentorship sessions provided by the technical team.
Education & Internship Availability
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related IT fields.
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months and above preferred.
