Job Summary
Design and execute test strategies for printer products and related software to ensure high quality and reliability. Build automation test capabilities for Windows applications and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams. Develop DVT plans, track defects, and contribute to continuous product improvements.

Role Summary
Design and execute test strategies for printer products and related software. You will drive tests, perform in-depth validation, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable products and product enhancements. Build automation test capabilities for Windows applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Design Verification & Test (DVT) plans for software releases
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests (functional, regression, performance)
- Track defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and validate fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and issues early
- Support field issues and contribute to continuous product improvements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years (or more) of software testing experience with manual testing exposure
- Proficient in Python, Perl, or similar scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Familiar with hardware interfaces (USB, Serial, Parallel)
- Proficient in English, Malay
- Able to read and interpret Mandarin technical content
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
