Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Head and is responsible for day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across our centres. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to complete tasks independently. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, general maintenance, and preventive checks.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across centres
- Handle basic air-con cleaning, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct painting, touch-ups, and general preventive checks
Required Skills
- Hands-on and reliable with safety consciousness
- Ability to work independently
- Must have own transport
- Plastering skills are an added advantage
Job Details
Reports to: Maintenance Head
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across our centres, including:
* Basic air-conditioning cleaning and servicing
* Electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
* Plumbing repairs
* Painting and touch-ups
* General maintenance and preventive checks
* Plastering skills are an added advantage
* Must have own transport
