Sales & Marketing Intern

Responsibilities Sales Support - Handle customer enquiries and order follow-ups across chat, email, and marketplace messages. - Support basic sales outreach and assist with post-sale communications to improve retention. Marketing & Content - Create short social posts, captions, and clear product descriptions that match our brand voice. - Help plan and execute promotions, newsletters, and simple campaign schedules. Operations & Insights - Maintain product listings, update prices and inventory information across platforms. - Track basic campaign and sales KPIs and prepare short, easy-to-read reports for the team. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Fresh graduates or equivalent, 0 years experience preferred, comfortable learning on the job. - Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Basic digital marketing knowledge, including social media posting and simple ad concepts. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify, and basic Excel skills. Soft Skills & Qualities - Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple small tasks with a helpful attitude.
