Weekend Part-time Promoter
Job Summary
Humantech is seeking a Weekend Part-time Promoter in Kuala Lumpur for a 6-month period to support new product launches and deliver sales performance. The role involves demonstrating product usage, educating customers, and representing the telco brand at retail stores, pop-up events, and roadshows. Candidates should be tech-savvy, outgoing, and possess strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Support new product launches by demonstrating usage and educating customers
- Deliver overall sales performance through retail store sales activities and roadshows
- Represent telco brand in pop-up events, roadshows, and campus activations
- Drive sales conversion and handle customer enquiries, complaints, and disputes
Required Skills
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education
- Tech-savvy, confident, customer-oriented, persuasive, and outgoing
- Strong communication and soft skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin
- Well-groomed with a vibrant, energetic, and trendy appearance
Job Details
Promoter( every weekend ) Support new product launches (e.g. 5G divides, apps, lifestyle bundles) by demonstrating usage and educating customers. Deliver overall sales performance through participating in retail store sales activities (in-store or roadshow) Represent telco brand in pop-up events, roadshows, campus activations, ensuring maximum visibility and product sign-ups Retail Expert( 1st and last weekend ) Focusing in providing operational excellence to deliver and unmatched customer experience in retail store Drive sales conversion in retail stores by engaging walk-in customers, explain product/service benefits & closing sales Handle all enquiries, complaints and disputes accurately, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manners Consistently doing the follow up and keep customers well informed Consistently comply to the standard policies, procedures, way of works and operational guidelines Provide consistent feedback and creative ideas to retail leader/retail specialist in order Requirements Industry : Telecom brand promoter/Retail Expert Location : Kuala Lumpur Period : 6 Months Working Hour : 12:00 PM - 20:00 PM( 8 Hours ) Education required a minimum **SPM **or equivalent (Students, Fresh graduate) Tech-savvy, confident, customer-oriented, persuasive, and outgoing Strong communication and soft skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin. Well-groomed with a vibrant, energetic, and trendy appearance. Willing to work on Every weekend(Promoter) , First and Last Week(Retail Expert)
