Junior Logistics Technician
Job Summary
Coordinate the movement of spare parts and equipment to support nationwide field operations while maintaining accurate inventory records using the ZOHO system. Liaise with suppliers, repair vendors, and courier services to ensure timely delivery and SLA compliance. Manage incoming and outgoing materials based on operational requirements and inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of spare parts, equipment, materials, faulty units, and documents to support nationwide field operations.
- Liaise with suppliers, repair vendors, courier services, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of resources.
- Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records using the ZOHO system.
- Monitor logistics activities, costs, and operational performance.
- Plan and schedule incoming and outgoing materials based on operational requirements, inventory levels, and deadlines.
- Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory or tracking systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
