Recruitment Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement Source and identify suitable talent through various recruitment channels Develop and explore new sourcing methods to attract quality talent Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements Conduct interviews and assessments Perform background and reference checks for shortlisted applicants Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment records and application status Keep applicants informed throughout the recruitment process Assist with other recruitment-related activities and projects as required Requirements Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Strong interpersonal and people skills Able to identify and assess suitable talent across different disciplines Fast learner, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work independently with minimum supervision Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
