Job Summary
Dessert Captain Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an Outlet Crew to provide friendly customer service, handle cashier duties, and maintain outlet cleanliness. Candidates will assist with food and beverage preparation, stock replenishment, and support daily operations. Fresh graduates are welcome, and those with F&B experience or relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Job Details
Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers. Take customer orders and ensure orders are prepared and served accurately. Assist with food and beverage preparation according to company standards. Handle cashier duties and cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, equipment and dining area. Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times. Replenish stocks and assist with inventory checking when required. Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the outlet team. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Friendly, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must be punctual, reliable and committed to work.
- Food handling certificate and typhoid vaccination are an advantage / may be required according to company requirements.
