Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Coordinate interviews, collect and organize resumes, and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
Attendance and Leave Management:
- Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.
HR Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.
- Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet and Docs, MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Minimum internship period is 3 months.
