Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities - Develop the hire purchase portfolio and achieve assigned disbursement targets - Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, agents, and business partners - Identify market gaps, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the automotive financing sector - Work closely with internal teams to improve product positioning and channel performance - Keep track of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements - Conduct market research and gather useful industry insights - Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, sales pipeline, market updates, and regulatory changes - Perform any other duties as assigned by management Requirements Job Requirements - Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma/Degree in any relevant field - Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, auto financing, banking or related industry (experience in hire purchase is an advantage) - Understanding of automotive financing structure, credit processes and regulatory environment is an added advantage - Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills - Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets - Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, innovative, agile and results-focused - Based in Penang, Perak, and Kuantan are welcome to apply - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Additional Remarks: The advertised salary range reflects basic salary only.
