Job Summary
The Service Centre Officer provides professional consultation and guidance to customers regarding credit reports and company products. They handle customer enquiries via walk-in and email while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties, CRM logging, and supporting service assurance initiatives.

Required Skills
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and guidance to customers regarding credit reports and the Company's products and services.
- Attend to customer enquiries via walk-in and email professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers with CTOS ID registration and credit report access or checking.
- Handle enquiries relating to Trade Reference (eTR) records in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-centric approach in delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in CRM system, for proper case tracking and reporting.
- Perform administrative duties, document management, and daily operational reporting.
- Manage and ensure Service Centre is presentable.
- Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and in compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support Service Assurance initiatives by adhering to established operational procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Undertake any other duties or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Training will be provided).
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer enquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Able to speak and write good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin and/or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess own transportation.
