Job Summary
The Route Dispatcher Associate is responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers for parcel pick-ups while monitoring their activities and resolving operational issues. The role involves coordinating route adjustments, tracking driver performance, and maintaining effective communication between drivers and merchants. Candidates must be prepared to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of local area and roads.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Must be able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
