Job Summary
This internship position involves supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates. The intern will assist in organizing employee training, engagement activities, and employer branding initiatives. Additionally, the role includes handling basic HR operations and documentation support for the team.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work with store teams to understand hiring needs and support manpower planning.
- Help organize training, engagement activities, and employee recognition efforts.
- Support employer branding through career fairs and social media.
- Track and report on hiring metrics and staffing trends.
- Handle basic HR operations like documentation and coordination with other teams.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor in Operation Management or any related field.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya office.
