Storekeeper
Job Summary
The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving and inspecting goods from suppliers while ensuring the warehouse remains orderly and well-maintained. This role involves picking, packing, and fulfilling redemption and mail-order merchandise. Additionally, the individual will assist with general warehouse duties as required to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect goods from suppliers
- Maintain warehouse stock and inventory accuracy
- Manage warehouse housekeeping
- Execute picking and packing for redemption/mail-order programs
Required Skills
- Minimum SPM or vocational diploma
- 1-2 years warehouse experience
- Basic mathematics
- Malay and English proficiency
- Basic computer literacy
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the receiving of goods from the suppliers, to check the stock quantity and quality.
- Accountable for the stocks quantity and condition of goods stored in the warehouse.
- Responsible for the proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
- Responsible for the picking and packing of all redemption merchandise up to fulfillment for all redemption based program and all kind of Mail-order Program.
- To perform any other duties associated with the Company’s business as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, though higher secondary or vocational certifications (like a diploma) are preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory handling experience.
- Basic mathematics, ability to speak and write in Malay and English, and basic computer literacy for data entry.
