Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement & Experience: Welcome, guide, and energise guests throughout their Bomb Battle journey. Spark excitement by introducing games. Ensure customer areas are tidy, inviting, and fully prepped for action.
- Outlet Operations & Content Creation: Conduct thorough game tests at opening and prepare game rooms before each team’s entry to ensure a flawless start. Keep props and decorations in top condition, always putting guest and team safety first. Capture memorable photos and share game tips. Act in fun social media videos and contribute to content and event editing.
- Event Hosting & Support: Host and support team-building events and special sessions, ensuring all activities are well-organised, interactive, and tailored to client goals. Plan, coordinate, and troubleshoot during events to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as an advantage.
- Diploma holders and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
