Field Coordinator
Job Summary
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, liaising with smallholders, and ensuring the timely implementation of project plans. You will collaborate with the ground team to conduct training, workshops, and capacity-building programs for farmers. Additionally, the role involves collecting data, documenting processes, and assisting the Program team in achieving yearly milestones.

Required Skills
- Degree in Agriculture
- Oil palm management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Malay and English

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with smallholders and conduct regular field visits to provide support and execute the project at field with the team.
- Manage day-to-day field operations in coordination with partners and farmers and ensure timely implementation of project plans.
- Collaborate with the ground team for organized training, workshops, and capacity building programs for targeted farmers.
- Collaborate with the ground team for collected data, process documentation, and facilitating opportunities in meetings.
- Assist the Program team in achieving yearly milestones, final outcomes of the program, and yearly activity plans.
- Provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and networking with other stakeholders and potential partners.
- Provide progress reports at the end of every month.
- Perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture.
- Possess experience in oil palm management or other commodities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft.
- Good command of Malay and English, both written & spoken.
- Willing to travel to Kuala Langat/Klang area.
- Possess a driving license.
