Product Development Design Intern
Job Summary
As a Product Development & Design Intern, you will actively participate in the entire product lifecycle from market research to photoshoot styling. You will assist in creating design mock-ups, managing production timelines, and organizing sample inventories. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional growth within a collaborative fashion-focused team.

Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Customer Insights & Market Research
- Conduct surveys, polls, and gather feedback to understand customer needs.
- Compile trend reports, moodboards, and competitor insights to guide design direction.
- Monitor trends in colours, cuts, fabrics, and silhouettes.
2) Design Support
- Assist with design mock-ups, tech packs, and product specs.
- Create presentation decks and B2B mock-ups.
3) Sampling & Production Coordination
- Track sample timelines and production progress with factories and partners.
- Maintain and organize the sample inventory and swatch library.
- Communicate design and production updates.
4) Photoshoot & Styling Support
- Assist on shoot days by prepping looks and steaming garments.
- Help develop styling guides and moodboards for campaigns and editorials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A strong interest in fashion, product design, and sustainability.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proficient with spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Mandarin proficiency is a bonus for supplier communications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Commitment period of 3–6 months.
- Responsible for your own transport.
