Job Summary
We are seeking a Membership Consultant to drive growth within our health, wellness, and aesthetic division. The role focuses on building professional client relationships, managing inquiries, and executing effective sales strategies. You will be supported with comprehensive training and uncapped commission opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Maintain healthy and professional relationships with clients.
- Communicate with existing clients via calls and arrange appointments.
- Understand customers’ interests and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products and promotions to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Below 35 years old.
- Good customer service and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong business sense, logical thinking, and analytical ability.
- Leadership qualities with a high sense of responsibility.
- Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience:
- No experience required; comprehensive training programs will be provided.
